Refund policy

You can return unused products to us within 14 days. In the case of a return, shipping costs have to be covered by the buyer. In this way we want to raise awareness of delivery methods and thus minimize the number of returns.

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that come back to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

Please make sure that your return shipment has sufficient postage. In the case of packages returned due to insufficient postage, DHL will charge a penalty fee of €15 which will be forwared to the buyer. 

If your return is accepted, you will get a confirmation e-mail from us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You have the right to return your product within 14 days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
